There is a downstairs bedroom with double
bed, built in wardrobe and shelving, parquet floor, exposed beam work and
one wall in exposed stonework with French door again leading to the rear
area of the property. The downstairs shower room has a spacious shower and vanity unit with wash
basin and a nice large window. Separate WC.
On the first floor:- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of
 drawers, a large family bedroom with two double beds, a single bed, wardrobe and two blanket boxes, table
and chairs .Another bedroom with two
antique boat beds (these are large singles 120cm) and chest of drawers. All the floors are in soft parquet, some of the walls are in exposed
stonework and there are some exposed beams, the double bedroom has a
large Velux, the family bedroom has two windows to the rear
which overlooks
the pool area) and the twin bedroom a window.
 There are two staircases at each end of the house and
the middle bedroom is accessible from both sides.There are also two
further bathrooms, to each extreme of the first floor, one with bath +
shower attachment, vanity unit with washbasin, separate wc, the other
with corner shower, vanity unit with washbasin and wc, both accessible
to all.
There is a telephone at the farmhouse to receive incoming calls
worldwide restricted to local calls only.
