Final payment
Final payment is to arrive not later than 28 days before your arrival date and this date is clearly noted on your confirmation letter. Please note that charges are in euros and your are advised to send a bankers draft for both deposit and final payments. Alternatively a bank to bank transfer is accepted on condition that all transfer fees are paid by the clients, please request banking details.
**Please note that Lloyds, HSBC, First Direct, Co-operative banks are all fine but with National Westminster and particularly Barclays you must specify an International bankers draft and not an international money order, that it should be cashable in France—usually Paris and not in England mostly London and that these cost approx £15 (not £8) and normally takes three working days to be prepared, needing to be ordered by your local branch from Poole in Dorset.

Cancellations
If for any reason you have to cancel your booked holiday please do contact me as soon as possible and I will endeavour to rebook the period. If you cancel your booking I reserve the right to withhold the full deposit paid, however if I am successful in rebooking the farmhouse then your deposit will be returned less any additional advertising costs. You may also try to rebook your own holiday under the same terms and conditions. If you cancel less than 28 days prior to your arrival, having paid the full amount of your holiday, only in the event of rebooking would this be refunded and you are strongly advised to have taken out insurance covering this eventuality. Dustbin/breakages deposits and linen costs paid are refundable.

Letting periods run from Saturday to Saturday until mid-June then Sundays thereafter
You are requested not to arrive before 5.30pm and to have departed by 9.00am to allow for sufficient changeovers and cleaning procedures for the following guests. Water, electricity and gas are included during main season rentals only, please note that during off season rentals, up to 4th June 2011, from 18th September 2011 through to the 5th June 2012, electricity and heating is not included and the meter will be read with charges at cost price (minus any filtration costs for the pool) Wood for the fire in the lounge can be supplied for winter lets or long term lets on supplement and in addition to this there are electric convectors throughout the farmhouse. Please note that during these supplement periods charges for filtration of the pool is deducted and not at your charge. Linen can be supplied with supplements of 15 euros per double bed and 10 euros per single bed, please do note which beds you would like made up on your booking form. If you wish to bring your own linen the double beds each have a double size duvet and four English pillows with extra blankets for winter lets supplied. There is also a cot sheet and a cover. Tea towels are supplied but not hand or bath towels.
Dustbins& Breakages
A deposit of 100 euros is charged and is to be added to your final figures - included with final payment as with the linen, unfortunately this has become imperative in order to guarantee that the correct recycling procedures within the department are respected. This deposit is refundable within 4 weeks after your holiday/return home, assuming no penalties or fines have been incurred.
